I love the outcome of the strips even though I almost fall asleep with them on. Don't put the strips on if your on your way to bed....lol. The only thing I didn't like was how sensitive my teeth afterwards for about 12 hours after that everything was fine. I also use the 3D toothpaste and mouthwash. Reminder these strips you only do every 3 months!
